Instead of writing annoying posts in LinkedIn, we are out there speaking to candidates, investigating the market and targeting the right companies. We do not reply on job applications – we proactively hunt for the right talent.

Our team offers 25+ combined years of experience on the IT market and are never underestimating the benefits of personal and individual approach. We are flexible and we adapt. Based on the signals we get, we can speak to candidates as if we are friends, or we can sustain a detached, official conversation.
